Mene Gym chorr diya hai but meine Fitness Lifestyle nhi chorri mein aaj bhi har roz Running krta hu Pushup pull-up jesi bodyweight exercises consistently regular krta hu but abhi Mera primary focus apne career aur pesa bnane mein hai.     I got to have tofu recently and it had 3 grams fat and 7 gm carbs and 14 grams protein in 100 grams total 115 calories only..I found it really good and use it on those days when I couldn't consume non veg food.... But it would be great if he could put more light on this ....
